Shipping Info

Free shipping and returns within the continental USA - all items, all orders, no hassles.

Orders normally ship 1-2 business days from when you place an order, and at that time you'll get a tracking code to see where you goods are! You'll receive most orders within 5 business days, but depending on where you live in the USA, it may take up to 20 days to receive your product.

Shipping to Canada is available for most products and because we use the most economical shipping methods, some products will take 30 to 60 days to get to you. Please email us at hello@roguerefined.com if you have any questions.


Returns & Exchanges

If you find the same product for the same price (including shipping) at another retail store, we'll pay you the difference.

365-Day, 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be happy! That's why we offer a 365-day, 100% satisfaction guarantee on everything we sell. If you’re not happy for any reason, you can return most items for a replacement or a refund. We’ll even pay for the shipping cost.

We only have a few requests:

  1. Email us first to explain the issue. Many problems can be resolved before you head to the post office. We normally respond to emails within 48 hours. You can get us at: hello@roguerefined.com.
  2. Please return orders within 365 days of the ship date. We can't accept returns after 365 days.
  3. Unless there's a defect, returned items must be in new condition without any dirt, scratches, bodily fluids... you get the picture.
  4. Some items can't be returned. Anything that touches your most intimate of areas, for example. Grooming products. Books and magazines. Software. 

What happens if I don't follow the rules?

If you return an item that is worn, damaged, stained, etc, your return will not be processed and you will not be refunded store credit. Instead, we will contact you via email with 2 options:

  1. The item can be reshipped to you at your cost
  2. The item can be donated to charity

If we do not receive a response within 10 business days, we will assume you prefer Option 2.

How long will it take to get my replacement product or refund?

We aim to process refunds and exchanges within 5 business days of receiving your returned product. The rest depends on the post office. We appreciate your patience.
